The Ojas Shikshan and Prashikshan Sansthan is a Registered Society, registered under Society of Registrars by the ex-servicemen of Betul. The School is being run as a non-profit organisation. The school was founded by Nk Anil Verma (Retd) and is wholly administered by Non commissioned and Junior commissioned officers. However, it runs under the patronage and guidance of senior retired Defence Officers and financed by retired defence personal and their families. The primary aim of the school is to provide quality education including physical and mental growth, to children from weaker sections of the society who do not have access to proper guidance and facilities. Their potential, which they have in abundance, is not fully nurtured. The school is recognised by the Government of Madhya Pradesh and follows the MP Board curriculum from classes 6th to 12th. It is located in village Morandhana of Amla tehsil, Betul District over an area of 3.4 acres of green open land. The school has residential accommodation for about 100 students with proper dormitories and dining facilities. It is well equipped for all educational purposes. It has an experienced faculty to provide personal guidance to each student . The tuition fee is exempted for all underprivileged students. The school lays down high standard of physical, educational and moral standards for its students.
